Big thanks go to the creators of the Elonga app and especially the device that allows me to have a clear overview of my fitness. Thanks to objective measurement, I no longer have to grope in how I am. As a strength training enthusiast, I appreciate that the measurement shows me exactly when I can resume exercising and when it is time to recover. Although I encountered a problem with loading data from Health, this problem is already a thing of the past. The app works exactly as it should.

When the synchronization of data from Apple Health improves, I will give you the full count... but sometimes it loads the data for me, sometimes it does not... also pairing then with a movement plan might be better.

Give us also the context for functional respiration and parasympathetic involvement and regeneration, for example with Vaclavek and his breathing apparatus... Elonga measures it which is cool... I would appreciate more tips on improving regeneration and improving stress levels.

It would be ideal to see more data and catch bugs. For example, when viewing the schedule, then clicking on the overview and selecting the week, the desired week was displayed, but also with the message that only after 5 measurements the intensity is displayed. In addition, I would welcome a more detailed breakdown of measurement results for example for RHR and AGE. I would also improve the animation of the “rings” i.e. indicators of stress, readiness and regeneration in the overview - the animation is stuck.

Frequently Asked Questions

How often should I measure?

It's up to you. We recommend measuring every other day. But the most important thing is to keep the morning measurement, right after waking up.

Does the app compromise user privacy?

It does not interfere. The data we have about users is not shared with anyone and is carefully secured. Additionally, in the app, we offer the option to completely delete an account along with all user data (paired activities, measurements, personal and health information).

What exactly do stress and regeneration values mean?

Thanks to the most accurate measurement of HRV by spectral analysis, we are able to capture the activity of both the regenerative and stress branches of the CNS (central nervous system). Their activity shows how stressed you are and how much regeneration you have.

How is Elonga different from smartwatches (Apple Watch, Samsung, etc.)?

If you have a smartwatch like Apple Watch, Samsung Watch, etc., and are considering using an Elonga sensor, check out elonga.com/smartwatch, where we cover the topic in detail. The primary difference is that each service specializes in something completely different and they complement each other perfectly. Elonga focuses on measuring your total body health in 3 minutes in the morning - bringing you unique objective data on stress levels, recovery, readiness and functional age. In contrast, the smartwatch is used to measure activity throughout the day - showing you how many steps you've walked, calories burned, etc.Elonga then synchronises the measured data into a movement plan, through which it provides you with recommendations for the most appropriate activities for each day.
