The app helps me organize my exercise regime according to the state of my organism, which is exactly what I was looking for. Experience after half a year of use. Elonga is a way to measure your recovery, stress and training readiness in 3 minutes in the morning without having to wear a bracelet all day. I miss the ability to switch to dark mode in the app. In the winter months, I especially mind the strongly flashing LED, which flashes very strongly in the extinguished bedroom and this is annoying for me and others, so I have to hide the bracelet under the duvet. In the winter period, I have something to do so that I do not fall asleep again when measuring because of the need to take measurements immediately after waking up. Further, I miss the warning about the weak battery of the bracelet. Sometimes I don't see all the data projected in the Apple health - Garmin - Elonga combination.

I'm surprised how exactly it can confirm my own perception of my body and its state of stress, and readiness to exercise. I used to not really know what my own inner feelings meant, and now I'm learning to judge and compare and estimate it ahead of time, and the fact is, you wake up, and you know you don't want to, and the sensor confirms it, and vice versa. i took it so that i'm lazy, but it seems to have a metabolic nature. also the regeneration fact corresponds to the regeneration felt. i stare what is measured in 3 minutes from the heartbeat.

How often should I measure?

It's up to you. We recommend measuring every other day. But the most important thing is to keep the morning measurement, right after waking up.

Does the app compromise user privacy?

It does not interfere. The data we have about users is not shared with anyone and is carefully secured. Additionally, in the app, we offer the option to completely delete an account along with all user data (paired activities, measurements, personal and health information).

What exactly do stress and regeneration values mean?

Thanks to the most accurate measurement of HRV by spectral analysis, we are able to capture the activity of both the regenerative and stress branches of the CNS (central nervous system). Their activity shows how stressed you are and how much regeneration you have.
