What are habits in Elonga?

In the application you will find a library of proven habits, divided into categories such as sleep, stress, relationships or diet. At the same time, you can also add own habits. Anything you want to improve or reduce and you're wondering what the real impact it has on your body.

Every day simply indicate which habits you have fulfilled. The result is clear statistics by weeks, months and years. This is just the beginning. The final form of healthy habits in Elonga will be even smarter, read on.

In addition, you can take habits from the library mark as favorites, thanks to which you can see them immediately after the morning measurement and can conveniently confirm them as fulfilled or not fulfilled.
