Morning Measurements

Photo of a hand holding Elonga device
Every morning, put on our unique optical sensor for a few minutes. Measurement takes place under standardized conditions. That is, just after waking up, when the body is in the most calm state, other influences do not affect it like coffee or breakfast.

Unique optical sensor

Elonga device
The optical sensor shines through your blood vessels and Elonga monitors the intervals between heartbeats to the thousandth of a second, i.e. HRV (heart rate variability).

The World's Most Accurate Spectral Analysis of HRV

While most smartwatches focus on measuring actvititis during the day, we strive to be the best at diagnosing the state of the organism. Elonga uses spectral analysis, a scientifically accurate method that takes 20 minutes by default, we can do it in 3 minutes thanks to our algorithm. Spectral analysis performs a frequency breakdown that shows what's going on inside your autonomic nervous system.
How come 3 minutes is enough?

We diagnose the autonomic nervous system

Illustration of functionality
The autonomic nervous system (ANS) manifests itself in two branches, the parasympathetic and the sympathetic, which manifest themselves in different frequencies in our body. The ANS is one of the cornerstones of our organism. Everything we do is reflected in his activity.

You can see the results in the app

The autonomous system evaluates the Elonga and gives you clear information about its condition. Sympathicus is manifested by stress, and parasympathicus by regeneration. And to make it easier for you, we're adding Readiness. It is a practical indicator that represents regeneration and stress as one aggregate value. In the long run, you can see if your efforts lead to a long life in health

Calm down before the disease manifests

The body fights the disease before the first symptoms appear. If you relax in time, you can reduce the time of illness and recovery by up to half.

Our vision is to provide guidance for a better life. The result of the measurement is daily feedback on your lifestyle. Through measurement, you can see what benefits you and what harms you. In addition, we will give you very specific recommendations for physical activity for each day in order to maximally benefit your health.

The accuracy of our method is confirmed by thousands of scientific publications

Spectral Analysis of Heart Rate Variability: A New Assessment Method

Thanks to the new evaluation method, it is easier to compare the results, better interpret them and identify even less noticeable changes in the regulatory processes of the organism. The so-called The “functional age” of the autonomic nervous system is based on the ratio of total score to calendar age.

Superior Adaptation in Adolescent Runners in Training Controlled by Heart Rate Variability (HRV) at Altitude

During the two-week concentration, the athletes who trained according to the measured HRV achieved significantly better results than the control group who did not follow their HRV. They improved their fitness by more than 4% and all set a personal record. Thus, the study confirms that HRV-guided training significantly increases performance.

Spectral analysis of heart rate variability — basics of methodology and literature review of its clinical use

Spectral analysis of heart rate variability (HRV) allows you to accurately track the balance between the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems. This method has proven effective in assessing stress, recovery and training loads in sports and clinical practice. Research shows that spectral HRV analysis is a reliable tool for assessing the current state of the organism.

Science you can rely on

Co-founder of Elonga, Mgr. Radim Šlachta, Ph.D., is one of the leading experts in HRV and spectral analysis. This method is based on dozens of expert studies that have tested its accuracy in clinical practice.
